Refund policy

Every magnet is custom-printed with the photos you upload, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us at sa@madisoncountymagnetcompany.com within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a free reprint or a refund.

Please double-check your photos, cropping, and quantities before checking out. We print exactly what you upload.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order has not been printed yet.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
